Returns Made Easy
Prepaid return labels are provided to all U.S.A. returns with a $1 non-refundable processing free. Return labels are specific to your return and only the approved items should be included in the return package. Please do not combine returns or it will likely result in delayed processing. We use USPS to allow for easy drop off and delivery back to our warehouse. Returns and exchanges can be made within 60 days of purchase.
We guarantee your bag for one year after the purchase date. If your product is broken or otherwise defective, please reach out to us at info@33threads.com and we will help you.

2. Print Your pre-paid label and package your items in the original packaging or one of your choosing.
