We know the holidays can be busy and sometimes making a return isn't first on your list. This holiday season from November 1, 2021 through January 15, 2022 we are extending our return policy from 45 days to 60 days.
TAVI offers a 45 day return window. You will have 45 days from the day you place your order to initiate a return. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with original tags and hangtags to qualify for a full refund. Prepaid return labels are provided to all U.S.A. returns. Return labels are specific to your return and only the approved items should be included in the return package. Please do not combine returns or it will likely result in delayed processing. We use USPS to allow for easy drop off and delivery back to our warehouse.
