Terrible customer service , consistently , over the past 3 years . Live their leggings and socks, but can’t go on without the customer supoort
"As much as I love their leggings and socks, , I will never buy from this Tavi/ 33 threads again. Over the past five years, when I have an issue or a question, they have never ever ever returned a phone call. Emails are answered sporadically and it takes sometimes up to a week and the answers are not clear enough to answer the question which requires more questions and dialogue, which would be a lot simpler on the phone. . I have never ever continue to support and purchase from a company with this kind of Customer Service. In fact I probably would give a Company twice and then I’d be done with them but because I love their leggings and socks so much I just continue on. But I’m at the point where the most recent question I had I was concerned if I would get a refund that I just can no longer support a company where I’m afraid I could be out $100 for leggings and up to $20 in each pair of sock . Recently in desperation I called the phone number listed there for wholesale/studios and they answered right away. Basically because that’s who and where a lot of their money comes from is the different Yoga studios bar Pilates, etc. and so of course they’re selling their products in their studios, so they’re taking care of those people who do huge wholesale orders . Anyhow, the phone was answered immediately. I didn’t even have to leave a message. They put me on hold for two minutes and came back with the name and a phone number of a person that they said was on the other line and would call me within the hour. They gave me the name and the number so that just in case they didn’t call me I should call them the next day in the morning. . Well, true to form nobody called me back that day and when I called the next day, no one answered. I left a message and never got any kind of a call back… never !!! ever. I’m done!! I just can’t support and I never would have this lying a business with this kind of a Customer Service or should I say lack of complete Customer Service!!unfortunately, I’m going to have to go without buying their leggings which I have over 50 pairs of leggings and over 30 pairs of their socks. I just do not understand how Company can continue to go on have such a following and treat customers like this. I guess it’s because what I’ve been doing for five years. The product is so great that you just deal with it but no more not for me. ."
