Iyengar, Light on Life In recognition of National Yoga Month, let us practice the importance of mindful movement so we stay in alignment within our physical, mental and spiritual bodies. Take what you learn on your mat and move it into the world. We've been taking notes in yoga class and here are some messages our instructors have said that we're taking with us into real life:

  • There are no 'buts' in love
  • Root through your feet and grow to the sky
  • Remember why you're here
  • Deepen your lunge. Can you stay present in this moment without backing off?

  • Let go of judgements and release the negative thoughts of who you are or who you're supposed to be
